The SMART (TS) XL Support Service provides a central point for product usage questions, incident logging and product distribution. At all stages of an incident's progression, the support services will be able to advise its status. Typical support agreements will specify the availability (office hours only, extended hours, weekends included, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and whether application support is required in addition to product support. Customers also have access to our website support area for product updates, helpful user information and incident logging.
Registered customers and distributors can access this resource . For each product a dedicated team of skilled and experienced professionals is in place to answer your questions. Login to access our support portal.
Our standard technical support hours for our customers are 7:00am - 6:00pm CST, Monday through Friday, and from 8:00am - 4:00pm CST on Saturday. After hours support is available at all other times at our current hourly rate, except on major holidays.
